If your children have endless energy to burn this summer, this could be the ultimate day out. Mega Bounce Braintree Village, the world’s largest touring inflatable playhouse, is making its UK debut at Braintree Village – and it’s only a short drive away.
From 18 July to 31 August, families can bounce, climb, slide and explore an incredible inflatable world covering 2,500 square metres and standing more than eight metres high. Packed with giant characters, huge slides, obstacle courses, sports challenges and dedicated bounce zones, there’s plenty to keep little adventurers entertained.
The fun continues beyond the inflatable too. The festival-style event space will be filled with music, delicious street food, giant garden games, table tennis and family entertainment, making it easy to spend a whole day enjoying everything on offer.
To ensure everyone can join in, there are different sessions throughout the day. Quiet Sessions run from 10am to 11am, offering a calmer experience with reduced capacity and no loud music or announcements. During the day, All Ages Sessions bring the full festival atmosphere, while evenings are reserved for Adults Only, with DJs, karaoke, a licensed bar and even foam parties on selected Saturdays.
Each ticket includes a 60-minute unlimited bounce session, giving visitors plenty of time to tackle every corner of the giant inflatable attraction. Spectator tickets are also available for those who’d rather watch from the sidelines.
Children must be at least five years old and one metre tall to take part, while under-fours can attend free as spectators.
