A nautical-themed sandpit playground close to the Roding Valley Nature Reserve and Essex Wildlife Trust’s Grange Farm Centre (which runs regular events and nature tots sessions). Open weekdays 10am-6.30pm. Two wooden climbing frames set in the sand – the larger a two-level ship with climbing ropes, a sitting area and slide – plus small nest swings and a seesaw. No accessible equipment. Free parking. Toilets next to Grange Farm Centre (no accessible/baby change). No catering on site.
