Hylands Park Playground
“Award-winning castle-themed adventure playground on the Hylands Estate”
A castle-themed adventure playground within the wider Hylands House Estate, best reached via the Greenbury Way entrance. Three closely grouped play zones cover different age ranges: a large wooden fort with ramps and ropes to climb, slides of varying sizes, a smaller climbing frame and ride-on animals for younger children, plus a good range of swings including tyre and nest swings. Accessible provision includes sensory and sound equipment, a nest swing and ramps throughout. Unenclosed, with benches and picnic benches nearby. Toilets (including accessible and baby change) next to the car park. There’s a cafe on the estate near Hylands House itself, a short walk from the playground. Dogs allowed across most of the estate but not inside the play area. Parking charges apply (resident discount available).
