Two nature-themed play areas deeper in the woods at High Woods Country Park, refurbished and reopened December 2023 — a smaller one for toddlers and preschoolers and a larger one for school-to-junior age, with climbing frames, slides, a seesaw, swings and balancing equipment including a rope bridge. The ground here is naturally muddy and wet for much of the year. Blue Badge holders get free parking for up to 3 hours in any bay.
