Two unenclosed play areas within Weald Country Park. One sits by the car park with baby and nest swings, a sand area and a stony balancing zone, best for under-10s. A second, across the lake, suits ages 4+ with balancing equipment and a challenging climbing frame with a large slide. Next to the play area by the car park, food for the resident deer can be bought (£1) from the visitor centre cafe to feed them through the chutes. Cafe open 10am-3:30pm Mon-Fri, 9:30am-3:45pm weekends. Parking charges apply.
